Small restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, modern, well decorated, friendly and competent staff. There is free parking nearby. Acceptable prices and food served in generous quantities. We were eight people, everyone loved the dishes they ordered. I highly recommend it, but it is preferable to book in advance as it usually fills up.

For the second experience, which wasn't good in the first, I never go there again and inform all my friends about the situation. Yesterday I visited Torgal and there were 5 people there. We were placed at a table of 4, with tables of 6 people free. It started with the situation where after we ate the starters, they removed the plate but were told to keep the cutlery... we spent several minutes with cutlery in our hands waiting for them to come and put washed dishes. Next, we ordered the various risottos, with each pan on a huge board, as you can see we ran out of space, which was already very little. I cannot accept that in a restaurant of this type they ask to keep dirty cutlery at the entrances. In the future in any restaurant, before ordering starters, I ask if they can replace the cutlery, if they don't do so, you won't order starters. Restaurants have to change this behavior, in this case, Torgal gave me a "red card", and I will pass on all the negative information to friends.

It could have been an excellent birthday dinner but it wasn't... we had a table reserved for 8pm and that was it. We arrived at the right time, we ordered, we socialized, we had dinner and the service was super attentive and spontaneous from Rodrigo who attended to us from the beginning until the end... throughout the process of a birthday dinner (we were only 6 people) we realized that after we were finishing dessert and coffee, the employees were literally “forced” by the owner to run our table and others outside, as they had a large group to sit at and another small table, we had ordered more drinks to the table but Rodrigo forgot, and after a while we asked the other colleague and he spoke RUDE to us. He asked us if we had already ordered the drinks and the answer was yes and that it had been from his colleague, he said with an air of irony that in that case he would get the beers but that if we hadn't already ordered them in a while, he wouldn't have asked us. it served more because it needed the table where we were! I think they should pay more attention to the reservation list and their timings, since they have a small space, they have to know how to manage the reservation list to be able to serve and serve customers well. In relation to the employee who spoke badly to us and who literally “expelled us” with his words, he should be more careful with the way he speaks to customers and how he says things, in relation to the Owner who goes back and forth from the kitchen to the living room to try to seat as many people as possible, I'm sorry but the more you want, the less you have... they just lost 6 customers... maybe for them it's nothing special, 6 customers among so many that go there... but if everyone is chased away like we “went” I think they will lose many more!I made a point of giving my opinion to Rodrigo who served us well and humbly from the beginning as he always managed to maintain professionalism, I hope that this was passed on to the owner..
