I live nearby, I've probably been coming here for over 30 years, I've seen a lot of management, this one is without a doubt one of the best, if not the best. Very good food, eels, fried cuttlefish, prawn bread, etc. The service is friendly. But the biggest advantage for me is leaving the house at 1 pm and five minutes later being seated at the table, without having to wait an hour or more, with people in the neighborhood. It seems too good to be true, but that's how it is. All this at an affordable price.

Went for lunch and had a wonderful fish dish. Sat outside. Very happy. Owner and staff were very nice and friendly.

4 people, we went in search of the famous eels. As only 1 person wanted eel, the rest opted for other dishes. The eels were reasonable, the stew broth lacked some flavor. We ordered cod from Dom Lucas which was in fact what surprised us the most because it was very tasty, very well served and quality cod, it's just a shame the clams were dry. What disappointed us most was the dose of lizards. We were surprised by the light color of the lizards and when we tasted them, the flavor was more similar to pork belly than to lizards, and there was even a piece of meat with the exact shape of a pork belly cut into smaller pieces. Other than that, the flavor was good. Varieties of desserts different from the usual ones served in restaurants.
