“Advice: my French and foreign friends go there.
I have never drunk such good sangria or tasted such good Portuguese dishes. The meals are plentiful and the family generous. My companion and I were very surprised by the not-so-high bill, with two digestives added to what we had ordered. It's a very good family restaurant, don't look around and you won't find anything better than here.“

“Very helpful and friendly staff! They helped us very well with recommending and explaining dishes. When we received the food we were completely blown away, it really is a taste sensation and has a very authentic taste. At the end we were given typical Nepalese tea on the house and this was certainly good in taste. For anyone staying in this area of Lisbon I would absolutely recommend the restaurant!“

“We had dinner several days, a place close to the hotel area, and both the food and the service were excellent.
Thanks to Diogo, who attended to us both days, and was very kind and attentive.
Without a doubt a very good option, also for the price.“

“I was attracted by the favorable comments. I've already gone back and the three Bs are confirmed (if you want to know what it's all about, you'll have to go there). Food well prepared and presented on the plate, fast and friendly service, very affordable price. Varied and delicious desserts. Despite being very popular, the atmosphere is peaceful.
Wheelchair accessibility: Terrace and dining room at sidewalk level.“

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Simply the best pizzeria in the region! Pizzeria O Boss never disappoints. The pizzas are always delicious, with perfect dough and fresh toppings. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is exceptional, always with a smile on your face. Furthermore, deliveries are fast and the pizzas always arrive hot. There's no mistake, it's the ideal place for a great meal!“

“We were two people, we ordered Portuguese style bitoque and bait.
I haven't eaten such tasty bait in a long time.
The bitoque, the meat very tender, and the sauce well seasoned.
I recommend it, and I will return because of the friendliness, the good homemade food and the good atmosphere.“

“Very warm welcome, also speaks French. Excellent dishes, fried cod as well as the highest quality Iberian pork that I have been able to eat so far, after 10 days on Portuguese territory. An excellent wine from the Douro Valley in the glass. Decent dessert. Excellent value. I highly recommend“

“A restaurant on the new avenues of Lisbon, with a neighborhood atmosphere, without tourists, where Portuguese is spoken.
Great service, typical Portuguese food very well prepared. Partridge game dishes were a delicacy.
I recommend.“

“We were nearby and decided to go and meet Cha
Cha Cha. The pizzas and waffles seemed like a perfect combination, and they did!
For starters, we ordered the mozzarella with ham, a good starter to start the meal, with the freshness of the cheese contrasting with the flavor of the ham.
For pizzas, we chose À Guilho and Cha Cha Chá.
À Guilho, for us, was the absolute star of our lunch. It's a pizza that captures this snack that we all love very well. The Cha Cha Chá is also very good, with a touch of spice from the jalapeño. What we can see and appreciate is that the pizzas are well served and with fresh and tasty ingredients.
To finish, I had to try a mini waffle (I didn't have the stomach for the normal size). I ordered it with Nutella (of course!) and it's a proper waffle, respecting the liege recipe! You have to try it, even if it's the mini one.
I also want to highlight Joana's friendliness while we were at the restaurant, always concerned about knowing our opinion and making sure everything went well, and Cláudio's talent with the pizzas and their toppings.
I hope to return soon to try Sem Nome!“

“Five of us just spontaneously went to Mar Essen. We came without a reservation. Nevertheless, we were kindly given a table. The Portuguese map was presented to us in a very inviting way. What's pleasant is that you can freely choose and combine different dishes, tapas and burgers (very good for our 3 daughters). The food was very tasty, the service was attentive and flexible and we were very satisfied. The visit is worth it!“

“Charming bistro on the square. Very good sangria (better without too much ice cubes) and food too (hummus, burger, fries, soup and bifana)
Super accommodating to allergies (gluten)

“We went for dinner and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We ordered the special francesinha but I found the sauce very salty, which made it difficult for me to enjoy the meal. Not just the sauce, but the potatoes and francesinha in general. They didn't have the homemade Ginger, Lime and Mint Ice Tea which was also a shame. The service was smooth and quite quick.“

“Great local seafood restaurant in Lisbon!
We had Cod filet, clamps, seafood rice, and garlic prawns (so good that we even forgot to take photo). All the seafood here is really fresh and the seasoning is simple but heightening the flavors of the original ingredients.
This place seems more for local Lisbon people to have a beer and some seafood snacks not tourist-oriented. The price here is very reasonable. The interior decoration is also very simple. Staff here might not speak English, but they still try offering friendly services.
Definitely a place worth a visit for local seafood experience in Lisbon.“
“A very local churrascaria. The staff recommended a mix of piri piri and lemon sauce so that's what we got. It was yummy with the chicken though some parts of the chicken was rather dry/ tough. I think a half portion is good enough for two small eaters. Skip the microwaved rice if you have Asian taste buds (it tastes a little strange)“

“Very elegant space, rustic but modern, very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and has a good disposition. The pizzas are a generous size and made to order and with poor ingredients. Very tasty. Variety of drinks and starters. We went with the family but we will definitely be “

“I really liked the space and the food... Even though everything was fried, everything was great... One of those snacks that you can only make from time to time... The atmosphere is very pleasant and the staff are 5 stars and always very attentive. I advise.“

“I really liked the food, very tasty, well presented and in great quantity. I also liked the decoration of the restaurant. For starters, I loved the cornbread, exceptionally good. What stood out was the service; initially we were served by an employee quickly and efficiently, but without the slightest smile, it seemed like he was there... because he had to be, however halfway through the meal things got complicated, he disappeared and the service became time-consuming and difficult to obtain, in addition, I began to notice selectivity in the service. Despite this less pleasant part, I think I'll try it again, as I really liked the food.“

“Do you appreciate friendliness?
Do you like to eat well?
Do you like a good picanha?
What if that picanha was served with great accompaniments and on a rotating basis?
If you answered yes to all my questions, you already know where to go, La Carnucha is the ideal place, small, welcoming with 5* staff.
There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday, we were all first timers and we loved it, so much so that we will do it again. Thank you to all the staff who served us and worked to make our dinner wonderful ❤️???“

“I really liked! The space is very beautiful and welcoming and has a very sheltered outdoor area. The employees were all very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. As for the food, the arancini was a little disappointing but the linguini nero and tiramisu were phenomenal! I will definitely be back ☺️“

“For now, I'm not giving 5 * on everything, as I've only visited O Boss, here in Póvoa de Santa Iria twice, and the one in Pirescoxe, I've lost count of it, and I'm still analyzing and seeing the differences.
But I think you're on the right track, just keep going ????“

“The owner is the maitre d’. He is friendly and accommodating. He knows his food allergens very well and also his wines. An excellent white port to start too. The dates and bacon for starter were exquisite and the steaks with sauce O Arco was sooo tender. We went back the next night and would have gone again if the holiday had been longer.“

“It deserves lots of praise and a new visit. In an easily accessible location, it offers a rich menu, a robust wine list and an impressive dessert list.
Among so many good things, I can highlight the soft dough pastries and the abbe de priscos. However, at a large group table no one complained. An excellent meal that will be remembered.“

“chiken toast was really good, the portions were big, definitely everyone will be satisfied. Not everyone likes the zenith bagel. The onion was caramelised inside, but it was like jam. “Excellent homemade food. Upon entering we were very well received, preferring to stay inside the restaurant. Always eat. Present friendliness, I found it really funny that you asked me if I wanted a bib!!! I LOVED!!!
They recommended cod à Lagareiro and grilled emperor fish!
The fish was delicious and the vegetables too. Hats off to the cod as it tasted just like my grandmother's!!!! Real, desalted cod! The potatoes were well seasoned and the green beans were delicious, just like the ones I used to eat without chemicals!!!! Congratulations to the team that made me relive the past! The interior space is a little “scary” although it has good decoration!
Thanks for the experience!“

“We had the pleasure of celebrating a christening at Estórias Casa da Comida, located next to the charming Jardim das Amoreiras, and the experience was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with unparalleled hospitality. The support service for the event was impeccable, with an extremely professional and attentive team, ensuring that every detail was executed to perfection.
The food was another memorable highlight of our celebration. The menu available was perfectly suited to the occasion, with dishes that not only pleased the palate, but also impressed with their presentation. Each dish was delicious, highlighting the quality of the ingredients and the kitchen's ability to provide a sophisticated gastronomic experience.
The space, with its classic and very chic style, added a touch of elegance to the event. The welcoming decor, combined with the refined atmosphere, created the perfect atmosphere for such a special celebration. The attention to detail, from the decor to the service, made us feel truly valued and comfortable throughout the party.
In short, Estórias Casa da Comida provided us with a memorable experience during the baptism we celebrated. With excellent service, delicious food and a charming space, it is a place that we highly recommend for any type of event. We loved every moment!“

“Casal Minhoto is an excellent option for a quality meal in the good Portuguese way. In addition to being one of the few restaurants in Póvoa de Santa Iria, it is a restaurant full of quality.
The last time we were there it was full and they gave us a 40 minute wait and accepted our name on the list. They handed us the menu and we were able to place our order before sitting down.
We ordered cockles, with toasted bread and garlic butter on the side, which was great, and fried turbot with greens rice.
The turbot came to the point of frying and seasoning. The rice is super naughty. The waiter served all three of us, which made a great difference to the service.
We had difficulty finishing the turbot that says in the menu it was for 2 people, but it served and there were leftovers for the three of us.
We didn't order desserts this time so I can't comment.
The friendliness of all the employees keeps us coming back.
Anyone who visits will certainly be well served.
Vegetarian options: I saw vegetarian options like fish from the garden.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the door that is somewhat inclined but not very long.“
“Amazing :-).The menu is only in Portuguese, but the staff is multilingual, so it's not a problem. In fact, I rarely get so pleasantly surprised by something. I will remember that great soft meatball with perfectly fried potatoes for a long time (plus pickled cauliflower and olives, cool). Too bad I didn't have room for dessert. It is (probably) an averagely expensive business in a pleasant location and with a pleasant atmosphere. One-star staff.“

“We came here after visiting the palace, for coffee and something sweet. We like such bakeries and confectioneries and this time we were not disappointed. The cakes we ordered were fresh and very tasty, and the coffee was delicious. Very nice staff who can advise. It's a pity that there is no space for a restaurant garden outside. Very good prices: 2 coffees and two small cakes, 5 euros. I recommend it with full confidence.“

“We had a lovely meal at Maresia, the ambience was very relaxing and the staff great. Due to the popularity of this restaurant 2 of the dishes we would have liked had sold out, we had a large wild sea bass to share and the waiter filleted it at the table for us, it was delicious and was served with potatoes and salad, for drinks we had a large beer and glass of red wine. There is sitting inside and outside and they have 2 bbq grills.“

“Restaurant that brings the flavors of Alentejo here to the Loures area, we always have starters on the table with olive oil, bread, cheese, chorizo. Good dishes with good portions. The side dishes are varied, but of course the highlight goes to the migas, which are very tasty. Prices in line with the doses and are not exaggerated prices. Recommended. It has a parking lot. I liked one detail, the tables have a small extension so the dishes can stay there without taking up the table space.“
