I only put one star because I can't put 0.
I went with my boyfriend and we ordered carvery. Everything was ok until they told us that to take the leftover pizza slices home we had to pay for the box (which is obviously acceptable) and pay €1.90 for each slice of pizza. Nobody informed us about this situation, it was only after paying and eating that we were told. Totally rubbish, I will never go back to that place again. Tremendous lack of respect.

The employee who served me was 5 stars, super attentive, polite and with excellent professional etiquette, the pizzas were good and were delivered extremely quickly and perfect.
The employee Tiago Brás has all my thanks.

There is enough space for children.
The service was very good when I went, sometimes they don't serve well, but that's rarely the case.

Excellent idea to involve children in making pizzas. But the torn napa benches and balls in the children's playground show signs of lack of maintenance and dirt. WC didn't smell bad, but it could have smelled better.

Today I went with friends and my children to have dinner at this establishment at around 9:30pm and we decided to order a carvery for everyone except my 6 year old son as I wanted the children's menu to have the right to the toy, until I was denied as all The people at the table would have to adhere to the rotation as they had no way of controlling whether in this case my 6 year old son could take pizza that belongs to the rotation. This situation is not mentioned in the rotation regulations (which, by the way, have numerous absurd restrictions) and the employee said the opposite was not written either. In short, my son had to eat first than everyone else at a separate table and a friend and I had to wait until the little one had eaten everything before we could order our carvery as he couldn't be at the same table as us. Now I ask how it is possible to do such a thing to a 6 year old child and explain what happened. Of course he ended up crying and wanting to eat at the same table as the others. We are talking about a child who wanted a toy and was not allowed to be at the table of the others because he could steal a slice of pizza. Ridiculous and I hope they change these situations. Finally, I filed a complaint and the person supposedly responsible refused to provide a pen, claiming that they didn't have one and that it was my duty to have one to make the complaint.

Take-away service, HORRIBLE until today in the 15 times I ordered home there was ONLY ONE TIME when there was no mistake, no forgetfulness and as a result of the follow-up a complaint every time they deliver.Once they forgot to send garlic bread, sometimes the drink, sometimes they put other ingredients and not what was ordered (one of the times they put my health at risk because I'm allergic to shrimp and they put the same on my pizza.It's horrible and annoying, even for those who walk in the rain and cold, making pools because they forgot to do so at the store.In addition to sometimes responding and not caring about the people on the other side, without patience, without collaboration with customers. I'm sorry it's the closest to my house and I always have to stop ordering from them because organization doesn't exist.Another thing that has nothing to do with the store, but rather with the company, is that nowadays we are all anti-waste, why is it that in store rotations they don't allow you to take the remaining slices of pizza 2/3/4 slices home instead of throw them away? What's the point? Apparently it's much better to waste food than letting customers take leftover pizza they didn't eat.
