I only went there twice and I didn't like the service, it was horrible, the food was very good, but without a doubt the rude service and the atmosphere among the staff was extremely bad.

I visited this restaurant with two friends in January 2024. We ordered a grilled chop accompanied with fries and fried egg. I have less good points and other good ones. I'll start with the less good ones. The service was nothing special, when ordering the meat they didn't even ask how done the meat was, as it came practically raw, and for those who like this type of meat, you know that it is either cooked to the doneness requested on the spot or it is no longer worth going back to the grill, as just postpone the misfortune. The meat, besides being raw, had so much nerve that you couldn't even cut it with a serrated knife. As not everything is bad, I can say that the space is pleasant and has a huge tradition in bullfighting. At the entrance we ate some divine loose cracklings, at the end we ordered another dose of these and also a dose of secrets to make up for the failure of the ribs which even made our jaw hurt. The bread is also delicious.
The first time I went there I wasn't impressed and for the price I paid for the meat I expected much better.
I'm not ruling out a next visit in the hope of being pleasantly surprised, but I don't know when.

This is a great space if you want someone to turn their back on you with a complaint. I made a reservation on the terrace for 4 people. As I was returning from my trip, I assured myself that I might be late and, furthermore, I ordered on the terrace because we were accompanied by a small dog. The restaurant allowed it, and as expected, there was a delay on the day of the reservation. I called 30 minutes in advance. Since 11am, the restaurant knew that it would be impossible for us to stay on the terrace due to the lack of a staff member. But nothing was said to me. Only when I arrived did they tell me that we would have to stay on the interior terrace and that the “dog could stay outside”. Of course, we showed our displeasure, mainly because we were assured that we could stay on the terrace. This is after saying what modes the dog would be in (whether on a leash or in a carrier). And when asked why they hadn't warned us, the answer from the lady who attended to us was “my fault”. Apologies? None. Of course, not wanting to make the situation worse, we asked if we could bring some food so that someone could stay outside to accompany the dog. We were refused. They even said that “this is really impossible”. Impossible to find a solution for the customer? It seems so to me, as it was easier for them to turn their backs on us in the middle of the complaint. After an unfriendly communication and an expression that accompanied the communication quite well. A restaurant that I was very fond of, and where the food is actually of good quality, now has a very bad image for at least 4 people. But from what I see, we are not the only ones. Maybe they should think about improving the quality of service and respect for customers, whether frequent or not.
