Instagram v.s. reality failure. At first the service was nice. Oysters were good, can’t do much wrong there, far overpriced tho. Main dishes were very average…Didn't want to say anything at first and gave another chance with dessert. Unfortunately had to send it back, ice cream had ice crystals, tasteless and watery. Brownie was dry and average. Now I had to say something…After all you pay a fortune for what you get. Expected at least some sort of solution to our disappointment, like a coffee on the house or something to compensate but that didn’t happen. Looking from previous reviews (we should have read before), it seems like they’ve had this feedback before but did not change a thing. All in all, if you know good food, this is not your place. Beautiful aesthetic’s but can’t judge a book by its cover.

Emme is the restaurant on the ground floor entrance of the 5* Immerso Spa Hotel with great views over the valley to the sea, in classy minimalistic design in a spacey ambiance with a modern fusion menu, quite an exclusive wine menu and efficiently discrete service. We were 4 at lunch with couvert, waters, a couple of excellent Açores Rosé, tuna tartars for starters, for mains octopus with potato, prego & fries, veggies & pasta, secretos with an absolutely delicious sweet potato puré salad, and for dessert the brownie, and a surprisingly tasty pineapple slush, plus coffees. We were extremely well guided and served by Telmo through this excellent gastronomic voyage.

Truly one of the best restaurants that I've ever had the pleasure to experience. The environment is calm and serene, the staff is always smiling and looking to help and last but not least, the food is amazing. If you are nearby Ericeira do not think twice about visiting!
Stunning and awesome food, great staff, amazing view. If you want an outstanding meal, don’t miss this one! Emme is a must in Ericeira.
A fantastic space that is well worth visiting. With a ‘sea view’ balcony in authentic peace and quiet where you can enjoy a charming view. The food is fantastic, with a focus on valuing local products and producers, as the space has an organic garden producing vegetables and aromatic herbs. The service still manages to surpass everything else, Andreia is one of the best people I have ever been served by, super attentive and with an elegance in the service that is far above average. In addition to all this, it also has the advantage of being incorporated into the hotel, which is equally wonderful. It is a 5 star, because it is not possible to rate it with a higher number.I highly recommend it.
Vegetarian options: It has several vegetarian options.

Very expensive for the quality and quantity leaves a lot to be desired. The octopus rice, the octopus only had the name. The advertised cutlet for two people was actually for one person, with little appetite (€75). We had to order another one (€150).The expensive dessert (around €14).A coffee (3€).In the end, they presented the bill and announced that it already included a 10% tip and if we agreed with that, we would pay, otherwise, they would withdraw it.For me, it is presented.

Loved this place, definitely on the very top of our list for places to have a great meal and nice experience in the area. Everything feels extra special while still being pretty down to earth. From the ambiance with great views, service professional and friendly, and the amazing food and tasty drinks... We enjoyed everything! Lots of things to try on the menu. Can't wait to go back!

This restaurant impresses on all levels. I eat out a lot and I can say with certainty that I have never eaten better than here. The view as the sun sets is beautiful and relaxing at the same time. The service provides you with everything you need and the food is fantastic.I had the duck and the beef cheeks. Both were fried to perfection. Everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. It really doesn't get any better. The composition with herbs from our own garden, the presentation of the entire plate - high class.Thank you for this experience - I will never forget you and will definitely come back.Greetings from Berlin

Experience that did not meet expectations. Wonderful place with service without the necessary expertise (there is a lack of a good sommelier, for example; the waiters are not good either for a restaurant of that category). The food was neither fu nor fa. Some good dishes but nothing more; The charcoal ones that we tried were good, but when we repeated the same dish, the result was totally different and worse. The first is very undercooked, the second is overcooked. There is no consistency. For a restaurant with a Michelin star chef I would have expected a different result, truly.

If you are looking for a five star meal, with great service, and a stunning ocean view, this is your spot. Every dish was artfully prepared and flavorful. Honestly there were too many delicious looking options to choose from. The staff was extremely attentive, professional, and gracious. We were also pleasantly surprised by the wine list and Francisco’s descriptions of each of the locally grown wines, again, too many great options to choose from. So we ended up getting four different glasses of wines to be able to taste more than just one bottle. We have traveled through Portugal for three weeks, Hotel Immerso and Restaurante Emme was definitely one of our favorites!
10 person's 700€ with a 1 regular bottle of wine (36€) Family birthday lunch, with proposed menu but no quantities defined, end result food and price for 20 people. Nice place, nice waiters, but a big fail on the quantities served with great loss to the
