Slow and bad service. More than 1h to get overcooked Esparguete Vôngole. Waiter forgot drinks. Bacalhau à Brás bad tasting. 21€ for The executive menu is a scam. Can't recommend to people I like.

Overcooked seabass coated in overly fried almonds - no flavour since it came very well done and crispy. Definitely not worth 20 euros.Kids fish and chips - not small kids friendly, extremely skinny and hard chips.Nobody came to check if food was okay. Got seated at a dirty table with lots of crumbs everywhere even the napkin!Bread plates were dusty, all around and under table there were lots of crumbs and dead bugs.Waitress came over and poured water without asking if we prefer still or sparkling or if we even wanted any, later added onto the bill.Restaurant was completely empty with at least 3 people working yet tables are dirty.Very unprofessional. Such a shame as the restaurant itself and the views are beautiful.

We went for the incredible view that this space has but we were very pleased with the quality of each ingredient that reached us in the dishes!You can see the quality present from the starters to the dessert, and the fact that it still has the potential to grow, makes it a must to come back!

My wife and I have been regulars at the Restaurante Dona Unisco and the Esplanada Cidnay bar, at the Cidnay hotel, since we moved to Santo Tirso a year and a half ago.We initially went for the spectacular view and were immediately captivated by the top-notch cuisine, the quality and friendliness of the service, which never fails: brunch, lunch, dinner or just a few drinks at the Esplanada Bar, always impeccable!A few weeks ago we added the wine dinner to our list of experiences and it couldn't be better, BAD IT WAS!My wife is celiac, she cannot eat gluten, a disease that in the long run is fatal, but is treated by most chefs as a futile nuisance, but chef Ricardo Gomes saved the honor of his profession, and where we only ask to withdraw gluten-containing items, Chef Ricardo came up with such creative alterations that I was jealous!Check out the photos: Salmon and caviar tartar cone got a cucumber cone, the mushroom toast with truffles magically turned into laminated almonds, and the cod with migas was saved from the delicious migas with pine nuts.Thank you director Cláudio Loureiro for remembering to invite us, congratulations to sub-director Cidália Mota and her team for the international first class service and thanks again to chef Ricardo and his team for what my wife said was the best gluten free meal ever !

The view is great, the food is also pretty good but the service was too slow.

Biggest disappointment I've ever had in a restaurant.Good scenery, friendly staff but the food was prepared without the slightest care as it is unforgivable and completely unacceptable for strands of hair to appear in the middle of the main course.Which for a restaurant of this authorship and quality is not acceptable.After that, they simply apologized which, for me, shows some lack of attention and concern for satisfying their customers.An experience not to be repeated!
