I was there with my wife this Sunday 06/23/23. We had a simple francesinha lunch with jarred sauce and frozen fries. I prego the Kanimambo very well served tender steak. Francesinha, the monho has to be improved insufficiently. Service, absent and inattentive employees, having to move from the terrace to the restaurant counter after waiting for some time and place my order, not pleasant. All this with a practically empty terrace at 12pm.

I always come to this place, more on Sunday today than come with my husband.. We ordered a starter, just one soup, and the food arrived practically with the starter, so I had to leave the soup so it wouldn't get cold, I've never seen that..

I was cowardly attacked in this establishment because I questioned why I should pay for the drinks before consuming, after all all the tables around me were not paying and were consuming normally, so I ordered twice and paid the third time, I went to the cashier to question, after all, obviously not It's the fault of the employee who was following orders, remembering before going to collect food delivered by Glovo, this had never happened before but that day as a consumer it happened and I was attacked by a boy who identified himself as a manager and later verbally attacked by a man who He introduced himself as the owner, who always wears a black blazer from the 90s, and then there were 5 people pushing and humiliating me and attacking me, all because of 1.50 euros, friends, it's desperate..., after I left after being pushed, humiliated and attacked, I realized that I should have paid, but not 1.50 euros for a draft beer, but 5.00, because if the need for this establishment is really great, we must be supportive, but as an emigrant I would never set foot in a filthy place like that. because after all, despite everything, it's dirty, dark, dull with nothing to offer, a totally dull, meaningless place, TVs at the lowest volume, horrible place to talk, a completely stupid place, remembering I was directed to go back to my homeland but in Viseu it's very cold thanks.

The kitchen is below Portuguese standards and needs to improve a little.Service is quick but could be more welcoming.The environment has everything to be incredible, as it has many attractive offers, but it lacks personality.In short, a place that has everything it needs to be 5 stars but seems to be content with being 3.
