Everything is missing, I ordered the food without lettuce and with sauce and it came backwards, cold and poorly made, I asked for a drink without ice and it came with ice, the restaurant was dirty, very bad service.

I went to pick it up at MC drive and twice I paid for the sauces and they didn't give it to me and today I ordered and paid for a large menu and they didn't send me the potatoes.
Every time I go there I ask for a carry bag and if I don't tell them they never give me a bag

I feel cheated!
I made a purchase of 3 large menus, on the Globo app, hoping to receive 3 glasses as advertised in the current campaign. When we received the order, the glasses did not come. I complained to the restaurant and was informed that the campaign is not available for delivery. This information does not appear in the Globo application. At the restaurant they say that the complaint there has no effect.
So I spent another 4.5 euros to have 3 glasses that were not delivered to me. Furthermore, I live less than 100m from the restaurant and if I had that information I would have gone to pick up the order.
The campaign is not explicit and I feel deceived!

I went to place an order on Drive, something I always do and never have any problems; However, this Saturday he leaves without buying anything due to the ignorance and lack of education of the attendant.
I was a little undecided on what I was going to order, and my husband and I asked the attendant if the box that was on the app was Big Mac or other snacks, she said “it was Big Mac” and so we went to pay. We saw that the value was wrong, and she was already stern and told us that that was the value, we asked again and she said “you will want NIF”, soon after we asked for the 3rd time about the combo and showed the promotion on the app, she rolled the cell phone screen and said “it’s not a Big Mac, it’s other snacks”, as I had already decided that, my husband asked me what I wanted and she again asked if we wanted NIF on the invoice, I asked her to have a little patience because we were deciding quickly, and so she started saying several offensive things, at the time we decided to leave and thanked her. I went to Mc da Trofa and was treated extremely well. I believe that because we were Brazilian, she felt comfortable complaining and cursing us, since she was also Brazilian. I work in a supermarket with customer service, and I have never and will never treat a customer the way she treated us.
