For someone like me who has been an employee of this same store, who knows standards of care and services, I received extremely poor service, I ordered at the counter, to have dinner at the establishment, without being asked to pay at the time. After sitting down to dinner, and after waiting several minutes waiting for starters (appetizers) and without receiving anything on the table (not even cutlery) I went to the employee at the counter (the same one who took my order) and he said- me that I had to make payment before sitting down, without having informed me at the time of ordering, or even going to the table to alert me of this. I waited more than 15 minutes and after this period I realized that the order didn't even enter the kitchen. Complete neglect in service, pitiful presentation by employees, without visible identification, using cell phones for personal use (something incomprehensible to those who represented and defended this brand for several years). Unfortunately, it is not possible to give the grade it deserves, which, if possible, would be ZERO.
