Fu Cheng serves amazing and very tasty food, although the service can be a bit slow. Despite some language barriers, the attentive employees try their best. Note that some essentials like soy sauce and chopsticks might not be included with delivery orders. Overall, the restaurant's quality is impeccable, with only minor improvements needed.
