For a restaurant that does not have a central location, it is always more difficult to succeed, especially on the level where this Genome is. But this sushi is premium. From the very special shrimp tempura, the oysters and the delicious foie gras guncan, and everything else in every piece where there is always something special. Great meal

I don’t recommend the degustation menu, you could really try much better quality sushi by 50 euro/ person in other places. The tuna quality is not good. Instead of trying to make the food looks fancy, the restaurant should dedicate more their food quality.

Calm atmosphere, very good food and more of a gourmet experience. I ordered the executive menu of the day and I just have to point out that for the main dish to arrive (after the gyozas, which was the previous dish) it took around 45 minutes (and the restaurant wasn't full), but it didn't ruin the experience.
