I live next to this bakery but unfortunately I will stop going there because of the unfriendly staff. I went to the cafe today, asked if the MBway was available, it usually is, and they responded with seven stones in hand. They only have MBWay available when they feel like it. Nowadays it is ridiculous to only accept cash, clearly to avoid tax. If so, prepare yourself for a good dose of bad manners!

Good quality, but it has a downside. I bought two cakes and had to pay for the box or I would have to carry the cakes in my hand. It's regrettable the point we've reached, and on top of that I only found out I had to pay when I got to the cashier to pay for the cakes, I wasn't informed beforehand nor did I see anything posted. I didn't want to make a fuss but I shouldn't go back there anymore, because there are other pastry shops that also have quality and don't do that.

I hereby express my dismay at the fact that today, 17/10/2023, I purchased, (as I usually do), eight VIANAS at your counter and found that the mass of the VIANAS did not conform to normal, in fact, they had ( has), a very different texture than usual, a less soft dough, more like carcass bread made the day before, which suggests that the dough is not suitable, for the co-infection of Vianas, I am a regular customer and this has never happened to me, feeling deceived, (there will be no other adjective).I'm already waiting for some "explanation", for the fact
