As a rule, I usually defend the staff and today I think I will defend the management! They should rethink the employees they have in the establishment, people need to be served at a snail's pace! 40 minutes waiting, apart from the people who arrived before us, elderly people, people with children... do you want references of quality people to work with? In the summer, to work in these spaces you need to be flexible! Not everything works! It has a fantastic space, music to enjoy, a good menu... everything is perfect!

Very good place, reasonable food, pretty bad service. The starters were served to us without plates, just with the plate where the roads themselves came from. Some of the drinks were served without glasses.
Admitting that there may have been a mistake, which would have been fine, we were asked for the missing material and the waiter pretended not to understand what we wanted, or was surprised that we wanted individual plates to put the bread and cheese for our starters on! He was quite arrogant in his communication.
During the meal we were asked who the "douradinhos" were for, when the request had been for "vegan breaded salad" as stated in the menu. The dish was the same but it was identified by the waiter with a different name than what it says on the menu, which proves that they don't even know the menu.
Bad management, horrible.
