I used to order from this restaurant almost daily, which makes this situation all the more unpleasant.Firstly, on the Glovo app they started charging double due to an "application error", namely a half dose at €27 when previously it was €13. I called there because I found the situation strange, namely the extreme increase. They said it was an error and they would resolve it, if that hadn't happened yet, however, they would have home delivery made by them.I decided to order, then, for their delivery. I placed the order which would be a half dose for €13, they accepted, after 5 minutes they called me to say that for home delivery the minimum was €15, I asked for an extra juice to make up the €15. They said delivery would take 30 minutes.After 40 minutes, with no sign of the food, I decided to call, they said it would be another 5 minutes. 5 passed, 10 passed, 15 minutes passed, no food. I called again, the employee with the voice of someone who was tired of hearing me said, again, that the delivery man would be arriving, I said that this service was unacceptable and that I would be late for work due to their fault, and that, Since they were regular customers, the least they could do was pay attention to the price, they agreed. When the delivery man arrives, more than 1 hour after placing the order, he charges me the full price, when he said that he had spoken to the employee and that they had agreed to pay attention to the price due to the delay and the inconvenience they would have caused. , I am faced with a €1 attention.
