Best service I've had in the fast food industry, we were attended by Jose. All the food was freshly cooked, crunchy chicken and fries. It was a hot day and Jose gave us our cups so we could have a refreshment while we waited (5 minutes tops) for our food.

I never use to review on fast food restaurants but this KFC is the best one so far. The food was fresh and recently cooked and the portions were fair, also the service received by Jose was excellent, you can see that he is someone who offers the best on his job no matter what job it is, he's attentive and very kind.

I ordered on the spot and went outside to eat on their terrace. I was eating and while I was busy outside for months, the employee closed the door to the inside at 10:05 pm, and the restaurant only closes at 11:00 pm. I wanted to get more drinks for the first time and the door was closed and no one opened it until I and whoever was outside had to go around the restaurant to serve ourselves. Commenting on what happened to the employee and a person in charge, which is not the first time, it's the second time I've come here and it happens so little, they didn't care... I was about to leave and I still hear it from the employee herself in a joking tone and indirectly speaking with another employee "the door is already open" lack of professionalism... I still wonder how a manager doesn't intervene in these cases and since I commented on one incident I'm talking about another, in other FastFoods you can't work with facial piercings, earrings, etc. in this one can?

Terrible service, the restaurant closes at 11pm and it was 9:40pm they were already putting the chairs on the table, not to mention the air conditioning was cold, and to make matters worse I was eating on the terrace as it was cold inside and it was 10:05pm they closed the door to the terrace and I was forced to go around the outside of the restaurant to refill my drink.
And when I spoke to the employees they said they didn't see that there were people as there were 2 tables occupied...
Not to mention that the girl in the box should have her piercings removed, as they are normally required to remove them in restaurants...
Terrible, I'll never come back here...

Last night I and 3 of my friends went to the drive-thru, our order came with wrong things, like spicy chicken and two people can't eat spicy; cold potatoes and it was clear that they had been made a long time ago.
The service from the employee Catarina was excellent.
