Deplorable service and declining quality of toast. I've been to this establishment now. I arrived at this house at 1pm and I'm only leaving at 3pm. We were welcomed and seated. From then on we were completely forgotten. Receiving our order was an ordeal and it took 1 hour to deliver two half-toasts. One of the half "toasts" was literally bread and butter with barely any filling. I took 3 children with me and wanted to order more but with these timings it's impossible. He was a regular customer until today. I swore never again. It's absurd!!!
