The manager, who apparently was a hotel trader for many years, understands little, and in addition has a clear lack of humility, I just didn't complain in the official book because I think it's painful, no matter who it is. The roast veal was defrosted, due to the taste it did not comply with HCCP rules, the potatoes were raw as well as the vegetables, the sauce had an unpleasant taste, what promised to be a pleasant dinner was the opposite, I really found it strange to be the only customer on a Saturday In the evening, unfortunately I got confirmation from what was served to me.
