After making a reservation for a certain time, I arrived at the location 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and found that the priority was to call and serve people without an appointment. In other words, customers who arrived later, without an appointment, were served and dispatched on time, while reservations were left waiting for people to remember them. It took 20 minutes after the scheduled time to be served, only then did they prepare my order. Why do they allow reservations if they don't put them into practice?! The lack of professionalism on the part of some employees who, after being warned that a certain customer is ahead to be served, prefer to dispatch acquaintances/friends first.

It didn't go well. We asked for the drinks to be served straight away, which were simple. They forgot. They served people who arrived later with food identical to ours. One of my friends, who had his birthday that day, complained about the little food he was served and they replied that it was like that. But he wasn't the only one at our table to order this dish, the other one had much more. It seemed like it was by lot. It was a shame. .

I ordered barbecue chicken, it was - I was served a small thigh.. a wing.. It's a fourth breast.. I wasn't satisfied mainly with the service of the staff.. Nor with their friendliness.. I won't return to this house...
