Good location, own car park with plenty of spaces and, in addition, plenty of street parking, at any time of the day. The service is very friendly and the quality is the well-known "Burger King" quality.

By far the worst experience in this chain of all.
On a hot day, air conditioning turned off.
Lack of soap in the bathroom dispensers.
Ordering machines do not read cards by contact. Anyone who doesn't have a physical card can only be at the counter and only after paying for their order will they join the queue.
All this added up to a total lack of shame.

It was not possible to be inside the restaurant, the air conditioning must have been broken (but working). Unbearable heat/breath at 8pm!
The supreme potatoes were a little burnt and so was the bread (and "achapado").

I am a regular customer at this establishment and yesterday was the last straw.
They only had one employee at the counter who was super unfriendly and didn't know what he was doing.
I placed my order (it was quick) but I asked this employee for napkins and he simply ignored me. When I finished eating my menu I wanted an ice cream and asked for it to be brought to the table. I waited 25 minutes for the ice cream to be brought, my boyfriend had to go to the counter and talk to the employee to ask if it would take long for the ice cream to come out, in which the The employee asked if it was for takeout and my boyfriend said no, it was for serving the table.
He made the ice cream and instead of taking it to the table, he placed it on the counter. I think an establishment like this should have employees who really want to work and are friendly to the customers.
The food is good but the service at this establishment leaves a lot to be desired.

I used to order via Uber and the food was always cold, often changed. I started going there directly, and realized that the Ubers were just a result of the incompetence of the staff.

In terms of employees, many seem to have smoked something more than tobacco, insolent responses when trying to clarify any doubts, and wrong orders, are the order of the day.

The final straw happened today. I went to the drive through, placed my order, asked about the size of a burger, and immediately received a crooked answer. After that they tell me to pay at the next window, where I waited for almost 10 minutes without anyone appearing. I go to the next window, where orders are received, where the drinks I ordered at the stand were (it's 30 degrees Celsius), in the hope that someone would answer. I had to wait another 10 minutes until someone responded to my waves and came to me, who I asked if there was a problem, and the employee responded laughing happily "my colleague forgot your order ahahahahahah". As if it were a huge joke that I had been in the torrid heat for 20 minutes waiting for fast food.
So, he tries to pass me the drinks that were on the counter, which I have to refuse and ask for new ones, as they had already been there for a long time.

The order comes, I open it to see if everything is ok, I wish the queue of Ubers that have accumulated without a response from the restaurant good luck, and I leave. I get home, and as icing on the cake I see that they finally added a Whopper instead of the Double Whopper I ordered.

Too bad.

Staff always seems to be disorganized. We ordered table service and no one came to deliver, they kept calling the number. They even made a mistake with the hamburger.

The atmosphere after a certain time is suspicious, not because of the restaurant itself, but because of those who frequent it. Nothing to do about that.

A misery of staff…

This is not the first or even the 4th time that I have placed an order and everything has arrived the opposite of what I ordered…

Sandwiches without tomatoes and made with tomatoes…
Supreme potatoes and normal potatoes
Ordered sauces and nothing in the bag

Etc etc etc….

Horrible team… very disappointed with the service provided at this establishment

There are better restaurants of this brand than this one in S. Mamede de Infesta…
