Nous avons séjourné un mois à Alcaria Ruiva et avons mangé plusieurs fois chez Manuela et José. Accueil chaleureux, produits frais, locaux et formidablement bien cuisiné et en grande quantité !!! Tout est fait maison... Madame en cuisine varie régulièrement ses menus, Monsieur au barbecue grille ses viandes toujours très tendres et gouteuses, Maria partout où on a besoin d'elle, le service est irréprochable. Et tout ça dans une ambiance conviviale et la bonne humeur!!! Les prix sont plus que correct, allez y les yeux fermés, il est d'ailleurs préférable de réserver....

We stayed a month in Alcaria Ruiva and ate several times at Manuela and José's. Warm welcome, fresh, local products and wonderfully well cooked and in large quantities!!! Everything is homemade... The lady in the kitchen regularly varies her menus, the gentleman grills his meats always very tender and tasty on the barbecue, Maria wherever you need her, the service is impeccable. And all this in a friendly atmosphere and good humor!!! The prices are more than correct, go there with your eyes closed, it is better to book....
