It is on the dock of São Martinho Bay. Professional and pleasant staff. The meal for 10. We ordered, for 2, a zapateira and 1/2 kg of prawns and since they didn't have enough prawns left, they cooked them on the spot. At the end they served us a shot, without asking for it; a detail on your part. Everything very rich and fresh. A quiet place to enjoy a good meal that didn't seem expensive at all
A perfect restaurant on the coast of Sao Martinho do Porto with great fresh fish and seafood. I recommend booking in advance, the restaurant is small, cozy and very popular. We pre-ordered Cataplana food and it was an amazing gastronomic experience. We were with three children and the service was extremely nice, attentive, empathetic and patient. We had a lovely meal with our family at Nova Caravela on the quay of São Martinho do Porto bay. We started with fresh oysters, clams, and a tuna tartare. It was delicious. The clams and the fresh tuna are highly recommended. Exceptionally well-prepared and flavorful. For mains, the boys had a nice tuna steak and we had a fresh sea bass.
