“We ended up at Curral by chance, because the restaurant we wanted to visit was closed, but it was a good experience at Talasnal, with very friendly service and well-prepared food. The entire space is very well decorated and welcoming. I just thought it was a little expensive, but the products were of very good quality…”
“Customer service is very good, close and familiar. Traditional Portuguese cuisine, impeccable cod, surprising migas as well as cold sardine soup; and the homemade dessert, a rice twelve of the best I've eaten in Portugal. The place is small, but cozy and clean. It is well worth a stop.”

“The food is spectacular. Typical dishes. Very tasty. We ordered cod à Brás and pork à Alentejana and they seemed to me to be of very good quality ingredients and well served and the dessert was delicious. Congratulations to the cook. The service is good. Very nice. The space is cozy with ambient music and no TV (which is worth a lot to me - I'm going to share a meal with people I like, I'm not going to watch TV).The price is super affordable.Perhaps the best restaurant of its kind in Lousã. I recommend.”
“Had a wonderful octopus salad here on our first visit. The owners and staff are very friendly and went out of their way to help us even though they didn’t speak English. On our first visit we sat outside in the small eating area as we had our dogs with us. The second time we visited we sat in the restaurant and were amazed by the incredible view from the window. You realise how high up you are. Once again the welcome was friendly and the food was delicious together with a lovely bottle of wine. This restaurant is excellent value for money.”
“I accompanied a friend to do Downhill in this Park. They have a MobileHome type, where there are dressing rooms to change clothes after a day on the bike, showers, and a dining area where you can also wash dishes and get coffee from a machine. They have a green area at the bottom of the enclosure where you can spend the night Camper in case you take a van or camp. Very good vibes with Nando who did the lifts and I was able to go up and down with him. Deep down!!!”
“A restaurant is a commercial establishment for the preparation and sale of meals,[1] usually also serving all types of drinks. It usually consists of one or several rooms with tables. Food and drinks are served by waiters (waiters). The term restaurant (from the French restaurant, restorer, that which restores) appeared in the 16th century, with the meaning of "reconstructing food, reinvigorating forces", and referred specifically to a soup, a concentrated meat broth. The word's modern usage dates back to 1765 when a Parisian known as Boulanger opened an establishment offering a variety of options. The first luxury restaurant was the Grande Taverne de Londres, founded in 1782 by Antoine Beauvilliers, on rue de Richelieu, in Paris. Before there were restaurants, the only place (apart from inns and taverns) where you could buy ready-to-eat food was the street kitchen. It has existed since the most remote antiquity and persists to this day.According to the Guinness Book, the oldest restaurant in the world and still in operation is in Spain, at Calle de Cuchileros 17, Plaza Mayor (Madrid). This is the Sobrino de Botín, which has been operating uninterruptedly since 1725, although in the early years it wasn't exactly a restaurant, but an inn that received travelers, merchants, drovers. It belonged to the French cook Jean Botín and was not located at its current address, but at Plaza de Herradores, far away. Candido Remis, nephew of the first owner, baptized the house with the current name, Sobrino de Botín.[2]”

“(Translated by Google) The Quinta is directly associated with one (if not the best) organization/company that organizes descents on the Mondego river. Managed by a responsible and trustworthy person, Martinho Carvalho, it turns out to be the meeting point after going down the river by canoe from Penacova. The space is extremely welcoming, beautiful, great for families to be with their children without worries. Plenty of grass and shade for shelter on hot days. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet so close to Coimbra. Birthdays and private parties have an unforgettable spot here. Sometimes it makes you want to live there. Thank you for the service provided, always professional over the years I spent there.(Original)A Quinta está directamente associada a uma (senão a melhor) organização/empresa que organiza descidas no rio Mondego. “[Summer 2023] A place that has a terrace (in the sun and in the shade) with a team of very hard-working and competent girls. We went there on a Sunday, which is a day with a lot of people due to the "Feira de Velharias" and the little offer in the area. The girls knew how to manage orders very quickly and with great attention and delicacy in informing the dishes that they no longer had available. The food was good and very well presented. I recommend going there even though there are a lot of people on a Sunday, the atmosphere, the people, it was a pleasant experience.”

You have to go slowly because they take time to cook the dishes.
Highly recommended, quality food. ??”
