Restaurante-Snack-Bar Dominó

Good morning. I was at the lunch for 32 people that took place at your restaurant on August 4th.
I send this message in response to the previous review.
First of all, I don't know who apologized for my family member's behavior when paying, considering that I was the one who paid for lunch and I didn't apologize for anything. In fact, the person who accepted the payment was the one to apologize for something that might have gone less well.
Afterwards, even if my family member had made some noise, I don't know what to expect from a group of 30 people... maybe they were quiet the whole time so as not to disturb them. And sorry to say, we weren't the only ones making noise, there were other tables doing it and I didn't see them being called to attention.
Since you mention what was said in person, I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that initially we were told that we would go to a separate room (green room, in this case) which was not fulfilled upon our arrival. I would also like to say that when speaking to the owner on the phone about the possibility of taking a concertina, we were told yes and then,
in person, Mr. He was extremely rude and immediately said it was out of the question. I would also like to say that, although the restaurant closes at 3pm, our lunch was scheduled between 12:30pm and 1pm and it would be almost impossible to leave at closing time. However, I understand that they wanted to leave at the scheduled time, but if you don't have the space and time to receive such a large group, please don't do it in the future.
Things are resolved by talking, without insults or rudeness. We need to make our point of view clear, yes, but without calling into question the integrity of each person. When he says "Never again", the same can be said about you. We're the ones who don't want to go back!

Despite the information given over the phone when making the reservation, the place is not capable of hosting a family lunch for 30 people, as it becomes quite noisy for the remaining customers, which only demonstrates a lack of organization in the restaurant management when accepting this type of reservations. Furthermore, the air conditioning doesn't work all the time because the electrical panel can't handle it and so lunch was covered in sweat and high temperatures. Despite this, the person in charge, instead of apologizing, still expressed arrogance and bad manners towards the group that was making noise and disturbing other customers.
All I have to say to Management is: NEVER HERE AGAIN!

Parking: Located on the edge of Estrada da Beira (N17) with unpaved parking. There are plenty of places, but it's a good idea to make an appointment for lunch on the weekends.

But in relation to the service, they should hire more people, as there are few people here (3 people serving) for the service they have...
Regarding the atmosphere, like a reasonable room, you should open the windows, it gets quite hot when the room fills up...
