“I've been there 4 times with my wife and all I have to say is that it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Every time, Bife da Vazia is wonderful. The service doesn't even compare to what you find in many restaurants, in terms of atmosphere I think it could be slightly improved, opening the room downstairs more often as I've never been there but I've seen it and it's a beautiful space. “Restaurant with two good dining rooms and a small additional room for groups of up to 12 people, allowing for great privacy, whether for work or with family or friends.
The food is served in generous portions, with good presentation and good quality in general.
We tried and recommend dishes such as tuna belly, pink swordfish fillets, naco, or dogfish fillets and black pork neck (on a previous visit). For desserts, the well-made pear tarte tatin (although I found it a little too sweet for our personal taste)
An equally small repair is a little excess vinegar in the tomato rice that accompanies the pink swordfish fillets.
Good wine cellar with a variety of choices in regions and prices.
Congratulations to the chef and the repairs are small and in a constructive sense nothing that prevents the visit.

Parking: In the restaurant courtyard. Very close to the entrance. About 10 seats.

“Peculiar restaurant with two environments, on the ground floor it is a bar type and the menu only consists of two dishes to choose from, and on the upper floor a more elegant style, type of celebrations where you have an extensive menu of which the soup must be highlighted /fish cream and goat, the latter spectacular, very delicious and very correct and friendly attention from the waiters. We also ordered a boletus risotto. It caught my attention that paying a supplement of 6.50 you have a circular table in the center of the dining room full of various open buffet-style desserts.

We had the misfortune of staying in the room outside the Buffet where it was extremely hot, however the friendliness of the staff helped to overcome the not so good part.

The location where this establishment is located is fantastic as it allows for a walk at the end through the green area that takes us to a lake with ducks, fish and turtles.

“We ate here with friends and we all had lovely food. The menu is a little more varied than your average portuguese restaurant. It's spotlessly clean, inc the loos! Service was impeccable and very friendly. Nice outdoor sitting area with a big TV (if you like that sort of thing!) and a great indoor restaurant area, it's modern and we'll done. “At 7 p.m., we were the first people in the restaurant, but it was filled by 8 p.m. Appetizers on the table. Enjoyed pork in a mushroom sauce with rice, and salmon; both nicely presented on a large wooden plank and brought to the table by a robot. Bright lighting and plenty of parking.“

I ate Lúcio and my husband (wonderful fish), we ate on the balcony with a wonderful view of the river. Again, I highly recommend it! The dessert I recommend “the best chocolate cake with a scoop of ice cream” is simply delicious.

“We ordered pincanha for 2 people and octopus for 2 people. Both dishes were divine (presentation and flavor)!!
We also ordered a bottle of "Ermelinda" wine. We didn't eat dessert, nor did we order coffee.
Everything was very well served, quality and quantity. I recommend!!“
