A small restaurant nestled in the valley with typical dishes cooked with delight by the owner... a must do if you are staying in the area

Restaurant recommended by friends as a reference, but which left a certain taste of disappointment.
Very restricted menu, with few options, although the choices we made were well prepared, particularly the baked octopus rice and the chestnut pudding dessert.

Unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations. An experience not to be repeated, as the employee in question was not professional in his service. The food wasn't bad.

Very tasty food, friendly people and a very tasteful space. Make reservations as it sometimes fills up.

Magnificent! Impeccable! Where are the Michelin people? Grandfather's house deserves the star!
Parking: Parking next to the restaurant with spaces for around 10 to 15 cars. Park at the tables. This one is better!

A restaurant should not be Top only when the television goes to film there (as is the case with the program Boa Cama Boa Mesa). For people to show on national TV that a restaurant is fantastic and then for ordinary mortals to go there and have terrible service and food is regrettable (both for the restaurant in question and for the program itself). We went on a 1-hour trip, on purpose, to try the restaurant so famous in the program... The food, besides having few options and not having the dish that they say is typical (goat), was nothing special, we didn't have the right indicating how we wanted the meat (it came dry) and the service left a lot to be desired. We asked for entry... They didn't bring it... When we asked for it, we had nothing more than a shake of our head and they asked if we "still" wanted it.... We were already having lunch...We said yes. The waiter left and came back asking if we had eaten it already... That alone is regrettable.I wouldn't be so upset if it was just any restaurant through "research", I'm rather irritated because it's something that is shown on television as an obligatory stopping point, but after all it only worked "as it should be" for TV.

We went on the recommendation of friends. At the scheduled time, everything was operational, despite the restaurant being full. Very good food and service, good experience.
