We came to this area to visit the Parque Natural da Arrabida, but it was raining steadily. The silver lining was finding Sabores da Quinta. We were seated immediately in a room full of several groups of locals who were clearly having a great time. From the start the waiters were attentive but not hovering. We were served fresh warm bread, cheese, and a delicious octopus salad without having to ask (only when we got the check did we see that the salad wasn't complimentary, but it was great and only cost 4 euros). My wife and I shared one chicken, pineapple, and sausage kabob and a green salad. That, along with the bread, cheese, and octopus salad starters, filled us up. We didn't even have room for dessert, but the other guests did, and they were obviously relishing the experience. Were we staying in the area, we'd certainly come back for dinner!
Nice place whether inside or on the terrace. Ideal for drinking a beer or having a coffee.
