We stopped while the restaurant was open during business hours and asked for coffee and they had coffee machines running. They refused to sell coffee if we didn't eat our meal.

Horrible service. I've never seen an establishment where you can't be inside without consuming (accompanying people who want to consume). If they are in a group, they either all consume it or they have to stay on the street. When you try to reach a consensus with the lady, she, with all her "friendliness", explains her point and essentially tells you to go for a walk.

The food was fantastic and hot, the desserts were excellent and the service was very good! I highly recommend

We couldn't even place an order. We left before. Speaking neither Portuguese nor Italian, we wanted to use Google translate to translate the map into French via our phone. The boss yelled at us that we shouldn't take photos. Even though I explained to him that it was difficult to choose a pizza topping without having a translation, he didn't want to know anything and remained extremely unpleasant. Horrible service!4 people, we arrived within the kitchen opening hours (8:30 pm) and as soon as we entered we were told that they would no longer be serving!!! Zero people in the restaurantchance of quick meals gave us! We just “do not serve”!!!

Establishments that simply deserve to be as I found them!!!! When a group of 4 people on a Saturday night say if they are going to dinner at 8:40 pm and the friendly employee says "it's no longer possible for dinner as we only serve dinner until 9 pm"!!!! No wonder the room was devoid of ANYONE...

A surreal experience! I went with a group and the lady, who was very rude, said she only served groups of 5! Thinking that he didn't want to clutter up the room, we suggested that we sit separately. Indelicately and very rudely, the lady stated that she was in charge....the room was empty...we left and there were no customers! A family of 6 people don't even stop, because someone will have to stay in the car!!! Something like this had never happened to me!!! An open house....I don't know how!! The pizzas might be good....I haven't tried them, but the service is TERRIBLE!!
