The food was delicious, we tried one of the best shrimp risottos we've ever had. The squid kebab too. Space unlike any other, cacilheiro with an excellent view. The staff was also impeccable.

Extremely difficult to get the team's attention and the service is very slow. A simple bottle of water takes 10 minutes to arrive and has to be requested several times. You would expect that intercoms would make work easier and make the service more efficient, but that is not the case. You have to ask them to turn down the music volume 3 times when you have a speaker right above the table. The music is irritating, ranging from generic pop to annoying saxophone covers of 80s songs. There's a cheese board and 4 toasts for 8 people. You ask for bread and when it arrives there is no cheese or butter left. The hamburger on the children's menu is as dry as c*rn*s. If you criticize any aspect of the restaurant, the response is nothing more than a roll of the eyes and an irritated expression. Mainly from the Brazilian maid. The guy who leads the team seems to be quite friendly, unfortunately his establishment is not what you would expect from a restaurant that uses an old boathouse as its space. I would like to go back and find improvements. At the moment it's not worth the price.
To start, the speaker where the music was playing out off was right above our heads, it was very loud, we asked the waiter to turn it down which he did, later turning it right back up and making a very unpleasant dining experience. When we asked another waitress to turn it down she showed lots of attitude and walked away rolling her eyes, she was very rude to us all. The food came and my burger was dryer than anything I had eaten before. It was INEDIBLE. One of my family members that ordered the espetada asked for it to be well done, it came basically bleeding still rare!!
Overall would not recommend for anyone to come here if you don’t want to be disrespected and to have poor, tasteless, raw food!!
