Today I asked for a menu at McDonalds at the ATMs and then they called me to inform me that the burger I had ordered and paid for was out of stock. The very friendly employee apologized and told me to choose another burger and even offered me 4 nuggets. I didn't ask her name but I was pleasantly surprised and this is the kind of customer support you should encourage! The burger was very good! Well done and thank you!

I placed an order on Thursday night (20th) through Uber Eats and my order was not delivered, when I called to find out what was happening they only told me that they would cancel the order as the establishment was already closing and they couldn't do anything else, then So I called again to find out why my order wasn't delivered and they didn't want to inform me and just told me that they had already reported it to Uber. And that was it! This morning I called to find out how they would resolve the situation and at the end of the call the operator still left me talking to myself like a complete idiot. Last time I “consume” this!

It was my last time eating at this establishment.
I placed the order, number 2720, and waited.
When my order number appeared on the monitor, I went to the collection point, where your employee was trying to deliver my order to another customer.
I informed them that the order matched my order number.
It was my mistake that I didn't confirm the bags, and when I arrived at my destination I found that I was missing items, namely 2 packets of potatoes.

This place has good service and is very organized and clean. I like having a snack there. They are very friendly and agile. The brand speaks for itself however, if there is no 'delivery and commitment' on the part of employees, there is no point.

Today at 8:45 pm I went to eat a hamburger ? which was completely burnt, when I tried to eat it the taste was like burnt iron, I got up and went to the counter to complain, where the waitresses started looking and said sorry... I just placed an order for 3 ice creams which took 40 minutes to deliver, the ice creams arrived completely liquid and when I showed them to the Uber driver I was told that I would have to call Macdonalds to complain, I called many times and of course no one answered !I would like to know if you are supposed to drink the ice cream or what you are supposed to do in a case like this since they don't even serve you in the restaurant!

I have been a customer of this space for 20+ years.3-4 monthly visits.I've never been so poorly served.Potatoes served at half serving, cold hamburger.Was it an error in an order?No, there were 3 burgers in order 2581 and they all suffered from the same symptoms.Want a good hamburger in Rio Sul?They're in luck. Burger King is 30m from here.
