Terrible atmosphere, the roaster looked like he wanted to hit me as soon as I walked in the door, the "boss". He immediately asked what it was, he didn't even let me see the menu and he began to tell me what he had. When you talk to a customer, you look at them. In short, terrible service, they are artists. I'm just leaving this here for the next person to tell. What was worth it was the food, even though it was already cooked before I arrived... It was just hot on the coals to heat it up.

VERY VERY BAD.It's terrible, horrible, disgusting and more negative adjectives I could add.Employees are extremely rude, rude, and have no idea what table service or customer service is.Food that God forbid.Inedible!!!The kitchen is terrible, compared to the military or hospital food, maybe the difference is equal.The employees say that they don't have many of the things on the menu when the restaurant is half full, thus forcing the customer to order the more expensive dishes, as soon as the restaurant is full the same dishes that weren't available before, after all there were, and It is served to other tables, the restaurant's own dishonest marketing policy.Parking is private to the restaurant but with an individual in the park with dogs asking for money, being inappropriate with customers to which the restaurant does nothing.I passed by this sad restaurant because it was a Monday and everything in the area or nearby was closed.Honestly the worst restaurant.Plenty of oil and fat and a lot of cluelessness and lack of education.Requests are made according to the employee's wishes and disorganization.When you place your order, don't be surprised to receive a response like: That's it, first I want to know X.Ps: Public bathrooms are better.And to make matters worse, I still have to qualify with a Star to publish a comment.

Regarding my experience today, 10/13/2024, I will only give two stars.We were three people, we were given bread (dry) and olives for starters, my husband called the waiter and asked for cornbread, he said he didn't have any, after this we saw three baskets of cornbread being passed to other tables, we asked twice more and Nothing, I called another waiter who rudely told me that it wasn't him but his colleague, without even knowing what it was about.When our order arrived, grilled ribs, rice, fries and salad. What a disappointment, cold rice and potatoes, we were saved by the meat and the salad.A customer for almost 20 years, I left there disappointed, two waiters downstairs and one cannot fulfill a customer's order for the other being served is the height of the situation.
