1 estrela é muito que se dá a esse local. Atendimento péssimo de uma das senhoras principalmente. Inicialmente só tinha uma senhora a atender, pedimos 3 menus e a senhora prontamente foi os fazer, mas ao chegar a outra colega foi dito para ser registado 2 menus, ao que indicamos que tinham sido pedidos 3 menus, erros acontecem e está tudo bem, o que corre mal é que A segunda senhora simplesmente diz " se tivessem pedido 3, a minha colega os tinha feito". Bom, fiquei perplexa, atendimento ao cliente péssimo.

I was in the service area on December 8, 2023. There are objects from Serra da Estrela for sale, but the prices stated on the labels are much lower than those found at the checkout counter. The employees were confronted with this situation, but said they were unable to pay the labeled price due to difficulty recording it manually.The sanitary facilities were in need of cleaning. I do not recommend.

The employees seem to be at the fair selling. There is no respect for customers, they are more interested in talking about their colleagues' lives. Waiting time for a coffee was 5 minutes as they had to finish the conversation first. I don't recommend it to anyone.
