1: Arrogance goes from the boss to the employees.2: we waited 1 hour and 14 minutes to be served.3: We heard several times from an employee to say "calm down, today is the day to go to mass", always treating us as a dear and friend.4: when the other restaurant customers who came after us were all served (as they were small groups) we informed the employee in question who told us "if they reserved a table they could have also ordered the food they wanted". We replied that if that were the case, it would be better to take the food home. The employee warned "look until I'm leaving you so the conversation doesn't go sour", turned away and went on with her life.5: they even informed us that other people had a table reserved for 1pm, funny that we did too.6: there were plenty of excuses, from the food that took too long to grill, among others. The reality is that they also told us that most of the dishes ordered were already made. what do we stay in?7: finally, they tell us that it would have been better to have gone separately in groups of 4 to be well served.We took away one thing from this experience: we will not return to this restaurant.
