This bad review is for the misleading attitude of the staff.
We were presented with salad and water as included and ultimately charged. Worse still, they add a pineapple which has absolutely nothing to do with a francesinha... which they charge €1.10 for each, of course without warning that they are adding pineapples. We didn't touch it at all (the pineapples remained intact on the plates) but they appear clearly on the invoice (photo attached).
It’s a shame, I went there about ten times a year. Since then, I have not been back and I will never go back. Note that I always went there with 3 people, so they lost 40 meals served per year just for a few euros. Building customer loyalty doesn’t just involve good cooking, it also requires honesty.
To boycott to eat at honest restaurateurs.

I don't recommend a place where they don't play fair. Bringing starters to the table in order to add an extra 5€ to the bill is not right! Price higher than normal for a shopping mall. Friendly staff, French style is not the best. But for €28, for what we asked for, it's way above acceptable. They take another €5 but lose a customer!

Like other A Cascata establishments, the problem lies with the cooks and not the ingredients. The three times I went to this establishment, the rice was already a few days old and had been heated in the microwave. The meat, even when asked for medium or even rare, was completely dry, however this last time it was in fact rare or should I say raw because on the outside it was still raw.... the potatoes were normal and so was the egg. It's difficult to make a mistake when making a dish as simple as a nail on the plate, I definitely don't recommend it.

A bad experience not to be repeated.We had a francesinha for lunch which was not approved and most of it remained on the plate!The other dish was chicken steak which also left a lot to be desired.In addition to the flavor not being the best, the dishes were cold, the fries were not of great flavor….It was a disappointment and we won't be back.

Not to be repeated. There is no good service; I ordered 1 dog without straw potatoes and when I ate it there were straw potatoes in the middle; when we asked for more francesinha sauce, they served it to us in a paper cup, unlike the other customers. Terrible!
