We ordered the salad menu with 1 slice of pizza, what was our surprise, they didn't deliver salad dressing, salad with fresh hard bread croutons, impossible to eat like that. I'm going to ask, they give me 2 packages of vinegar, when I asked for oil and vinegar, and a ceaser sauce, when I get to the place I see that I have 2 of vinegar, so they go to the kitchen to see if there is oil, "there isn't!" more natural not to exist.
Pizza hut will no longer be an option.

Ridiculous, they don't serve the counter, it has to be on automatic machines, I don't know how to work with the machines. Machine support is 0. Completely full of people waiting for few employees to work.

We are currently finishing dinner and unfortunately I ordered a starter of 8 chicken wings and 6 arrived, I ordered what was left and they were cold inside. The pizzas came with the shrimp without removing the guts, so my wife didn't eat them. Be careful that the bathrooms have very liquid soap, which means it splashes all over your clothes. The girl who attended to us was fine and was very professional. For my wife, she says she won't come back. I think there will be important points to improve.

What a complete experience without professionalism, I understand that they were in trouble but they delivered 2 pizzas and one of the pizzas had edges with cheese and it was not melted and with long hair that looked like a woman's. The other pizza I ordered with bacon and ham came with tuna. I couldn't come and complain because I was already on the bus. It was money wasted, I wasn't happy at all but I also won't set foot in a pizza hut again.

The service is very bad, the pizzas are very bad, the rodizio is not worth it, 15 euros for you to eat pasta, we bought 3 rodízios €45 if I had known that the pizzas were just pasta I would have gone to Mercadona and bought 3 pizzas for €9 which is a thousand times tastier, zero service, zero pizza, wasted money!!!!!!! I'll never go back there again

When we arrived today's boss (12/28) directed us to the table where we waited more than 15 minutes because the employee who was there at 6:30 pm was serving tables that arrived after us. Every time the employee passed by, she simply ignored us.Then when he decided to serve us, he ordered 4 garlic breads, Pizza and 3 drinks. This bread never arrived, even though it was also requested from the boss because the employee had forgotten. The pizza arrives, with hair, we don't have cutlery, once again we were ignored by the employee and had to go to the counter to ask for it.However, there is still the employee at the counter, complaining because she is tired and it already feels like yesterday, something that customers don't have to hear. And I didn't catch any employee in the room wearing a hat for the hygiene of those they are assisting, which at least until last year was mandatory. It is unhygienic to have an employee at tables where their hair is long and walk around with it loose!The worst pizzahut in the area without a doubt.

Rodízio has few options where you only taste the cheese on the pizzas, but no other ingredients. At the end of the rotation, it seemed like the servers were ignoring our table and it was difficult to ask for a drink refill.

Unfortunately, it is no longer a pleasant place with a predisposition for good times.
When we arrived, we were attended to by an employee (Joana, as mentioned on the invoice) who asked us about our order. We informed you about the starter, pizza and drinks. After about ten minutes, the same employee returns to our table and says she forgot about the order because she was distracted. We asked again.
When the starters arrived, they came with an unsolicited sauce, in fact, of the two options we weren't even asked which sauce we preferred (which, I confess, we hadn't read on the menu). Still, they should have asked.
Drinks were left haphazardly on the table.
When the pizza arrived, it had a good flavor.
In the dessert section, we were served by the same employee. We ordered dessert and, after about five minutes, the employee (Joana) appeared next to us with a bill for just the dessert (€3.90). He explained that he had made a mistake by not placing the order and had already taken the invoice and asked if we wouldn't mind paying separately. We were astonished. Only later - several minutes later - did the ordered dessert arrive.
When ordering dessert, we asked for a box to put the rest of the pizza in so we could take it away, but it didn't come. We had to ask a second time when ordering to pay for dinner.
The same employee had the nerve to ask us to do the bill, as we had different receipts (the one for dessert and the one for the rest of the dinner): around €38 plus €3.90. I had to do the math, because the employee was waiting to know the amount to put in the ATM machine.
Of course, despite having ordered with the taxpayer number, the employee only issued it for the cost of the remaining dinner, not including dessert.
Result: terrible service, incorrect posture, lack of professionalism and humility. This happened yesterday, a Sunday at dinner. I understand that the employees are young, but they have no training.
I will make a formal complaint.
I'm sorry, but I won't be back.
