The person who was with me was gone for 2 minutes and the girl at the cashier, poorly presented, came to me and said “girl, the guy with the grill said he has the stove on so he can turn it off next time.” I didn't understand until I remembered that I don't wear a bra with certain tops and I was completely frozen looking at the same person who said to me “oh girl, don't take it seriously for God's sake we're joking” ma'am you can play with people you know don't know me he doesn't know anyone or has any kind of trust with me and he tells me some nonsense like that, the man at the grill was still laughing as if it were something super normal, I wanted to ask for my money back and leave anyway, I had to more decency than her and I decided not to respond to a person whose hair was completely destroyed and without a net, a tight shirt full of stains and pants that weren't even tight, I picked up the food and left, I arrived at a table and noticed the oily rice and eggs, practically raw I couldn't even eat it I practically don't recommend you go to this place and it should be closed

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The only good thing is the cheap price, but that doesn't help if the food doesn't taste good and is almost cold. The food comes unseasoned and you have to season it yourself, although there was only a salt shaker. The food was very carelessly prepared and almost cold, except for the meat. The tomato salad had a strange aftertaste and the meat was difficult to cut and was rather tough. The rice with the beans actually didn't taste like anything and you had to wait quite a long time for your food.

I went for a walk in Porto and passed by Norte Shopping. When I got there, I felt hungry and I decided to eat at this restaurant with my family (11 people). At first only one dish was not available, I said ok no harm. I sat at the table waiting for the rest of my family, and at that moment an employee came to tell me that no more than 5 dishes were unavailable and his response was… “this is a restaurant specializing in chicken, so…”. I'll say that the rest of my family and I left the table set with the starters (cheese, olives) and went to eat later at the rodízio restaurant, as it had a menu and food available ?.
So if he went to c@#@/#o with his answer and remained silent, he would be a poet.
But when I look at the comments and feedback from other people I immediately see that I haven't missed anything.

We ordered the house specialty, which is theoretically chicken, but it came cold and tasteless. The fries came completely without any salt and were also cold. Super uncomfortable with everything, we barely ate and quickly left. When paying, we were approached by one of the employees, who, once again in a completely blatant way, asked if we didn't like it and that we didn't even eat bread. I wasn't able to tell the truth, because it was almost certain that the conversation would go on for a long time, without any privacy and I would be even more embarrassed than I already was. Very bad, it's a shame I didn't see the reviews before sitting at the table.

Terrible food!We ordered a picanha and a barbecue, the rice had no flavor at all, porridge, cold, the beans were cold! The barbecue steak seemed sour, the chicken cold! To cold, unsalted potatoes! I honestly don't remember ever eating in such a bad place!

This is definitely a place not to visit, almost all other places are better places to eat then here ?I’ve been thinking about going here for a while, but as it was a place in the shopping, never crossed my mind to see the reviews…The chicken was not tasty, the fries were not tasty, the tomatoes salad was not tasty ?Really disappointed with the food.They have zero alcohol beer that was quite fresh and the staff was friendly, really sad the food was so little and so tasteless

They serve on appetizer plates so the amount of food is very little and the chicken was kind of skinny, with little meat on the bone. I weigh 45kg and I eat little and I was hungry, I ended up ordering nuggets at Macdonald so I wouldn't be starving. I asked for more salad because despite the fact that the starter-sized plate did not have enough salad, they served me enough for a 5-year-old girl, and the boy serving even looked at me ugly as I am asking him for alms and not paying. It's not a food bank dining room where they look at me ugly if I ask for more salad. I will not return and I do not recommend it. On the plus side my husband's prime rib tasted good, but he also ended up ordering two cheeseburgers at Macdonald's afterwards.
