It's so nice to arrive at a place and be welcomed as if we were a regular customer.It was like this at Restaurante Engrola in Serpa, a small space without luxuries but welcoming and with homemade cuisine that makes you want to eat and cry for more.We had been advised to try the chickpea stew, a specialty.Generously served and for dessert, a cream like I had never had before, drool-worthy and so delicious.To top it off, we were also presented with a sample of song performed...
If you are looking for typical Alentejo food, here you will find the ideal place.A small tavern, but with excellent cuisine, delicious chocolate and a lot of friendliness from Mr. Boy. I strongly advise.
Small, cozy restaurant with excellent food, typical dishes from Serpa at a fair price. I became a fan of the tomato. 5 days in Serpa and we discovered this restaurant in the last 3 days. The experience was so good that we had lunch and dinner. The crème brûlée is divine. Chico is always in a good mood and humming (Cante Alentejano).
