Advised by the helpful and friendly employee who works in the crafts store next to the Sertã Parish Council. About the restaurant, excellent atmosphere by the river, a good terrace, fantastic food at a modest price. Maranho and tripe are some of the best I've ever eaten, the sausages and cheeses are divine. We recommend going early, as it fills up quickly. What a beautiful treasure in the countryside! to return and several times.

We were looking for a terrace to have a good time, and we found O Palheiro.
It was very pleasant, the staff were incredible, the snacks were fantastic.
Definitely repeating.
