We went to the California cafe for lunch and ordered, among other things, a smoked salmon sandwich with cream cheese. It tasted moldy, so we reported the incident to a waiter and ordered a hamburger. After a few minutes, a lady (who did not identify herself) came from inside, asking what had happened, insinuating that everything had come out of unopened packaging and suggesting, in a bad tone, that we did not know the taste of smoked salmon and aromatic herbs. ...Finally, there came the burger (simply bread and meat).The bill included the cost of the salmon sandwich (€4) instead of the simple burger.Honestly, with so many options in Sesimbra (with quality), this is a place to avoid.

I ordered two coffees and two Berlin balls, the coffees were all burnt and the cream on the balls tasted like candy, as well as being very expensive.That's what happens when it's just children attending.Quality is not necessary, there are always tourists, so why serve well.

I advise this place for lunch. You get a nice healthy sandwich and natural juice for €7. Music in the terrace, friendly staff, sunny beach a few meters. Very clean. We were having a light lazy lunch and a complete dinner meal, normally sea food restaurant, so this place was very convenient. You can park in Sesimbra SPA hotel and have lunch here.
