Not like they have the patience to put up with so many annoying customers who don't know they can't eat ice cream from the establishment next door, and still want the complaints book. These types of customers ruin the atmosphere of the place but otherwise 5 stars

Lost 2 customers. I will never go to that place again. The bar owner has an education that I've never seen before. Very rude when approaching a person who comes to the bar every now and then to drink a coffee and whiskey, simply because he was finishing an ice cream, waiting for someone to serve us so we can order what we wanted, he simply came and asked for me to leave the table. I don't recommend it. Terrible customer service Last week there was live music, and I saw a man who owned another bar, whose name I don't know. But this gentleman who has already appeared on TV. Go buy beer at the Indian store next door and sit with your friends who also compare beer at the Indian store. And the owner simply doesn't say anything to them and thinks it's normal. But an ice cream with people who actually consume it at the bar, you can't. Really, there is only one ending. Appearances don't pay the bills.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! Badly done table cleaning! Bad tempered waitress!! Compassion!!! When we asked for the Complaints Book we were not answered! It is very likely that they are only still working due to refusing to present the Complaints Book!!! It's a shame... I believe it's only still working because they don't provide the Complaints Book.

I ordered a drink and sat down. My boyfriend went to get an ice cream from the cafe next door. When he came to me, they told me he couldn't be there eating ice cream. I informed her that it was with me and that I had just ordered. The lady still said that it was forbidden to eat ice cream at those tables and that if I wanted, they would give me my money back. He said he wanted the money back and we left. Due to stupidity, disrespect for customers and probably friction they may have had with the ice cream shop next door, they lost 1 customer. I will never go there again, nor do I recommend it. Terrible customer service.

I ordered a decaf. They served me coffee because I spent the night without being able to sleep!!!When I received the decaffeinated one, I thought it looked a little like leftover coffee (from Rio) but I trusted it.I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

The location of the restaurant is near the seafront. The service was excellent as it was fast and efficient . The food and drinks came on time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to people who love eating Mexican or Turkish food that is so good and delicious.

I was treated as if I were committing a crime and I was thrown out for eating a scoop of ice cream that I picked up from the friendly and attentive neighbors and sitting on the terrace of this establishment with people who were consuming and giving money to earn in this same place. Because they have the stupid rule with stickers on the table that you can barely see informing you that ice cream is forbidden.Team without education and level. Now I understand why the neighbors are always in queues and this team even has to control the ice cream cups of everyone who is unlucky enough to bump into this establishment.

Very bad experience! I went to meet friends who were eating at this place and I was prevented from sitting next to them because I was eating an ice cream!The chairs are only for those who consume on the spot.....that is, if someone is unwell, take the horse out of the rain, stand up and talk and socialize from afar!Also because after the ice cream, I might even feel like a drink, a coffee, a toast, whatever! But while I ate my ice cream I had to go to the ostracism corner! Shame!!!!

One of the best places in Sesimbra, both in terms of price, service and product quality.Terrace overlooking the beach and super reasonable prices, taking into account what is (unfortunately) usual in the area. Recommended both for those who want to have a drink with friends, and for those who want to eat and enjoy a sunny day.
