Worst restaurant ever! Terrible service. We went the first time without a reservation because on the phone they said it was first come, first served. When we arrived, as we had a baby, it would be better to book because the waiting time was around 1 hour. We didn't stay. We booked one day in the morning, we told them we had a baby and it was booked for that same day at 9pm. They never told us about a waiting list, they said we had a reservation and even asked if we wanted to be on the terrace or inside. When we arrived we were surprised, again, and with a tremendous lack of politeness with our name being placed on a huge waiting list lasting more than an hour and also with the categorical statement that they had warned us. It's a shame that these restaurants that work hard in the summer forget about the customers who come to them all year round. They lost a client and their entire family. Furthermore, the meals in this space are not worth the lack of politeness.

Last week I returned to the Frango à Guia restaurant. Despite being sold out, I went in (I had a reservation), and was immediately attended to by the manager who always shares friendliness and a smile with the customer. I was directed to the table and shortly afterwards an employee arrived to take the order. Due to the crowd being sold out and the line at the door, I thought there would be a long wait for dinner. But no, it was the normal waiting time and everything was very appetizing. For those who like the "Frango à Guia" delicacy, I recommend a visit to the place, as you will certainly leave satiated and with a full soul due to the good atmosphere that the space conveys. Thanks

Excellent food but the service is terrible, extremely slow. A complete disorganization of the waiters, I ordered an imperial 3 times and none came, but it was on the bill at the end, I called a waiter and he said he would get it and never came back. So in terms of service, it's terrible.
