Unable to deal with the full house, we were literally chased away and served grudgingly. They refused to hand over the menu, saying that they were no good, but then other people appeared who were duly served and immediately received the menu to choose from, while I and whoever accompanied me had to go and get balls from the counter. After two minutes, the employee who served us came to say that we had to leave to collect the tables, not even letting the children finish. All around, there were people sitting and being served and no one asked them to leave. I understand that the work is demanding and sometimes when "kids" are hired in the restaurant business, the preparation and training is sometimes not appropriate, but the manager or boss did not know how to deal with the situation, hiding behind the young employees, that given their inexperience, they are not comfortable dealing with such pressure, like that of the day, due to the samba school parade that brought countless people to Sesimbra. Those who do not have the capacity to have an establishment, close the door or pass on the business. And finally, I left waiting for the complaints book that they didn't bring me after I requested it. I won't go back or take anyone with me like I used to.

I've been going to this ice cream shop for many years and for me it continues to be the best in Sesimbra. The crepes are large and the ice creams and milkshakes are very delicious. The employees are very attentive and friendly. And the best thing is that they are dog-friendly, so my dog can accompany me.
