Day 03/08/24; I booked a table for 2 people with Mrs. Catarina that same day, around 5pm, who was ready to deal with the matter. Although I was warned that it was noisy. Fantastic Mrs. I got table 48, on the terrace as I had imagined.... It was served with the utmost friendliness by a male and female employee, I don't know their names but each one of them was excellent in their service. Do not try to enter if you arrive at 10pm, the restaurant closes at 11pm, but at 10pm they no longer accept anyone. The restaurant was empty, only the terrace had a few people.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND, when ordering a dish from the vegetarian section (mushrooms in olive oil) I received a steak covered with mushrooms!!! the waiter is unable to explain what it is. terrible experience

Good evening, today I decided to go with my son and wife to dinner at this restaurant, fantastic atmosphere, fantastic waiter (I forgot to ask the guy's name but he had long hair and was no more than 25 years old), super polite , helpful and I can consider it with extraordinary dynamics for the size of the room for which the service was intended. I ordered water and 2 tuna steaks, within 25/30 minutes we had our dishes on the table. The problem was at the end of the meal, I asked them to put the rest of the tuna steak to take away and the bill, 20 minutes passed and nothing... I watched the guy at the tables flying to serve 2 groups that totaled around 15 people to 20 people, I completely understood that it would be impossible with so many requests happening at the moment for him to be able to handle my account. However, I want to mention that the only flaw was the lack of support, in a restaurant of this gastronomic quality there should be an assistant allocated for these situations, who goes through the rooms and finalizes these details.
Next visit I would love to be greeted by the same guy and understand that these finishing details can be resolved without putting pressure on a waiter who is doing everything he can to please the customer to have their meal or any other order they like on the table.

Waitress were very rude and we felt rushed by her saying , we need to order quickly, because the kitchen have to be cleaned. The owner need to not have that waitress , who seems to be the only one that speak English, she is driving the customs away.

A solid restaurant ruined by the service and music. The prawns and steak were very tasty. But the meal was largely ruined by the waitresses who looked and acted like they were being forced to work at gun point. It was one of the oddest restaurant experiences of my life thanks to them. They just kind of lurked around with with a sour look on their face. If you asked them a question they would let out a sigh before answering. Very odd. And the god awful and dull piano music in the background was the cherry on the cake. The only redeeming quality was the solid food.
