It wasn't a good experience, from forgetting a reservation, to the lack of bread as well as many of the dishes on the menu... Unopened clams, fried cuttlefish that wasn't cuttlefish! However, the house has good fish, salmon and sea bass were OK.

Very good food at an affordable price. We ordered the recommended mix of fish and shrimp with vegetables and salad. Fresh and very tasty. The atmosphere is downright homely. The service and the chef were very helpful. I really recommend it with a clear conscience ??

Very good food, very friendly service and a very pleasant space with a shaded terrace. It offers a good family atmosphere and has plenty of options on the menu for all members of the family.

Amazing food! If you want to get away from the busy boulevard and eat a good picanha you need to come here.

Bad experience, we ordered two dozes of picanha and they came with a fish flavor and were served in very small quantities, we asked for a change and even so the meat remained with the same flavor, we also ordered two dozes of cuttlefish and they were immensely salty... Regarding the price, it was stupidly expensive and they still charged ten euros more and when it was asked back they said it was in relation to the size of the dishes... never to return.
Parking: We didn't use the restaurant's parking as it was non-existent, so we used the one at the hotel next door and had to pay.

Taska Santiago was suggested to me by a platform, due to the high rating it presented, as well as the positive comments that led us to believe that we would have a great experience, just like Sesimbra inhabited us.
With a table reservation made, we arrived at the place and noticed that the photographs presented here did not correspond to the reality we encountered. The terrace overlooking the sea shown here is not from this restaurant, but from another one on the left. It has just 2 wooden tables and 4 chairs, without any type of comfort, view or space for dinners with more than 4 people.
When we entered, we were the only table in the restaurant, which, being a Saturday night, led us to suspect that something was not right.
We were brought starters that we hadn't ordered, but we allowed them to be placed on the table because, initially, the employee was proving to be helpful.
The cook made a point of coming to the table to welcome us and suggest the Premium Mixed Fish, even though several people at the table indicated that this dish would not be chosen. Even so, he always insisted that it would be the best choice (the menu had a lot of dishes but the mixed fish was the most expensive dish on the menu).
We asked to wait as we would decide as a group which dish we liked the most. The employee was very anxious for the total order to be placed, but fortunately, we chose to see first what the tapas would be like to understand the quality or not of that place.
Meanwhile we ordered a white Sangria, which tasted just like orange juice and was served in a ridiculously small jug, and some tapas for starters: clams and "garlic" shrimp.
When the tapas and drinks were placed on the table, and we started tasting the dishes, we realized that we had just been tricked:
- The clams (€14) were frozen, of the brown Vietnamese type, they were completely filled with white wine, oregano and rubber, in which the alcohol in the cooking wine had not been evaporated, thus the dish was completely sour, with absolutely no salt , and almost inedible. Lemon and salt were requested, but it was impossible to save that dish.
- The "garlic" prawns are tiny prawns (€10), with lots of onion and green pepper, without any kind of relationship or resemblance to the typical garlic prawn dish that is presented to us anywhere in the country. The most serious thing about this dish was that the prawns (which weren't even peeled) tasted moldy, which means that the dish was unfit for consumption.
The employee noticed from our faces that something was wrong, but she only approached us once, asking if everything was ok and, when she was told that the dishes we were served were not to our liking, she was just said "Ah" and the back was turned on the customer. Then we realized we had to leave.
After all this scenario, we decided to leave and go to another place for dinner.
We were asked for the bill, which was handwritten and an invoice was requested, and we were quickly asked if we had access to the e-invoice, that is, the employee suggested that we leave our NIF so that she could later issue the invoice other than at the time of ordering.
This suggestion was completely rejected and we asked for an invoice with a description and with our NIF inserted. Once again he turned his back on us and went to turn on the system, which was completely turned off, implying that it was not even used by the restaurant (note that they only accept cash or payments via Mbway).
Possibly this place must have been passed on to new owners. because all the comments found here are not at all in line with what we are faced with.
Don't make the same mistake as us.
Never to return.

The employee (Ruben) was very communicative, attentive and very good-natured, which provided a good atmosphere. Fast and efficient service. The dish of the day, octopus with vegetables, was excellent. Congratulations to the chef.

The food was simply cold, the toughest picanha I've ever eaten in my life and the service was terrible and rude!

Don't be fooled by the reviews. Legal action level higiene/ service/ dishes. All after 1h 45m waiting. If you don't believe me, hey, go see for yourself.
