Tequeños clearly made at home (delicious from start to finish, not industrial, the surprise is super pleasant), thin and crispy plantains with a seasoning from beyond. Cachapa at its point, well made, excellent texture does not fall apart, spectacular cheese.
And the Guarapita that transports you to the past ???
