Terrible service, horrible, one of the worst counter services I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing. A cafe with a very good space, spacious and well located, however the employees are not at all friendly. I went to the cafe at 8:40 in the morning and they already looked horrible, they served us as if they were doing us a favor. One of the employees (she must be new to the house, as I don't believe that someone with so little education and resourcefulness would be admitted to this role for so long), saw me come in, I stood in front of the box where it said prepayment, I said good morning and She ignored me, after 5 minutes another man arrived and she quickly answered. You were the one who noticed that I was ahead, she made a disgusted face at me, and with all the arrogance in the world asked if I was there for the “game”, as the house has scratch cards, lotteries and others. I said no, I said good morning again and she didn't answer me. The other employee, a blonde, came to the cashier and asked her to step aside so she could finish my order. And so it was done. I felt really bad, like I was a nuisance there. Good morning, good afternoon, is the minimum when you work behind a counter. But in this bakery, there is no good day for anyone. I also believe that the owners of the establishment don't care much, as I saw comments here from a few years ago, where the complaints are identical to mine. Unfortunately, what matters to these people is money and when money comes before everything, quality doesn't matter. It's a shame that Setúbal, such a beautiful city, which receives so many people throughout the year, has such a well-located house with such shameful service.

Super, obsługa mega miła, gorąco polecam. Jedzenie czasem mi po prostu nie pasowało. Sałatkę z tuńczykiem i kurczaka w zielonym sosie zapamiętam na zawsze były bardzo dobre. Fajnie że do każdego obiadu można dobrać sobie deser. Kawa z rana czarna, mocna - idealna.
