Went here at around 5 to 6 pm to catch the golden hour for good photos and to try the cafe, but there was nothing that indicates existing operations of the hotel and cafe.
It has a good view of the city though, and I did get good photos.
I wanted to get some night photos as well but I was afraid to stay longer. There were very fee people there and so I made sure I was on the uber car before darkness started.
It was cold up there during the cold months so wear layers.
I would recommend that solo travellers try to join a group before going up there. There are no security personnel, and at night I am not sure how it goes. Safety first.

Whenever we visit Setúbal, we always stop by here for a bite and a drink. The view is amazing. The toasts are a good value as they are high quality and a large portion. The employees are friendly.
