The table service was terrible, the lady who served never came to the table to ask if we needed anything. Everyone who arrived afterward received their meals. Except our table. I complained personally because as a customer I had the right to complain about this service. It was an experience but I will definitely never go there again in Setubal. The house wasn't full, confirm the excuse, the girl simply doesn't have any guidance on managing her work and dealing with the public.

We had to wait some time for a table, which is totally understandable, but right at that moment the lack of friendliness of the employees became visible, as they didn't even say good afternoon when passing by the waiting customers. Finally, when there was a table available, the waiter went to the door and 'sent us to table 18', even if we were knowledgeable about the space. Terrible service, we requested some snacks, at no point were they pointed out, an octopus salad arrived at the table that had never been ordered, when I questioned it the waiter admitted that he must have made a mistake with the order and started reviewing it, when we remembered that we had ordered snails he informed us. in those who did not serve snails on Sundays despite there being papers posted in the room saying that there are snails and they are on the menu. My unsolicited octopus salad came with plastic. We also requested a cuttlefish and beef sandwich, which were on the menu, the waiter informed us that they did not serve lunch, once again the information was not posted anywhere. Finally, they served us some more eggs with farinheira, almost by begging, as the kitchen was closing, another piece of information that was not communicated to us in time. When paying the bill, I noticed that we were being told two doses of toast when only one had been delivered, apparently despite it coming on the same plate, it was two doses. With the exception of the counter employees, apparently owners, all the other staff were cold and unfriendly. Definitely not to be repeated
