They were good once. Customer for many years. After bad experiences with dry chicken taken from a random drawer and cuttlefish that smelled a week old and inedible, with customer service where all they had to do was call me a liar when I complained, I realized that it's not the same anymore. To be avoided.

I had a bad experience, they have a priority queue. As soon as I arrived I picked one up because I was accompanying an autistic person (and everyone knows how impatient they are and don't like noise), so I was outside accompanying him with his ap! He treated me really badly because he wanted me to be there, the place is small, it was full! Parents who have autistic children, don't take their children to this place, they don't know how to treat people well and have respect! I didn't call the police because he was already super agitated because there was trouble! We were regular customers but it was the first time I took him and it will be the last! I feel super bad!

I spent 14.06 on tomato rice and dried Mackerel (fried), it looked like it had been in the sun for a whole day. I didn't return it because it was 10km away. The rice was not fresh, much less the Mackerel. I ask if you ate this at your house. Disillusionment

All dishes are well prepared and the chicken is excellent. The problem is the service, the environment, the waiting time. There is absolutely no point in ordering in advance, reserving the meal online, because between the moment you receive an email to collect the order and the actual delivery I waited an hour. I had to get a password anyway and I only had 2 numbers in front of me. One hour????
Yesterday I went to buy food, I waited 45 minutes, all because the computer gave the order to fulfill all orders first. I suggest anyone who programs the computer changes this order, it doesn't make sense to wait so long ?

The best take-away barbequed chicken, chips and rice in Setubal. The choice is not limited to just those though, there is a wide selection of salads and other mains, too. Now that they've installed a ticket queueing system it's also easy to both order on arrival or phone an order through in advance. It's now my favourite place for take away food evey time we visit Portugal - two or three times a year.
