I currently don't go to many restaurants, I went to this one for the first time in March 1980, it has always been a reference restaurant in Barreiro, it continues to provide excellent service.
Old installations and decoration, but everything is very clean. Very good food and service. The food is typical Portuguese, also "classic" like the atmosphere and has good prices. Nothing to complain about, quite the opposite.
In times gone by, it was one of the city's landmark restaurants. The decor of the space is old-fashioned and unappealing to anyone who passes by. It can be seen that it literally stopped in time in several aspects. It is a space that deserves to be updated for the new times, while maintaining its identity. The quality of service, efficiency and pride in the service depends on the employee. It's not enough to be nice. Meals are not always well prepared, and portion sizes...
